HAIRStory accept returns on unused or not opened products.If package is returned in NOT the ORGINAL state customer will not recieve payment. Customer will be given store credit or 50% of money back. Care Instructions
With our brazillian 10A hair we recommend wash the hair in purple shampoo and regular shampoo & conditioner with no sulfates. Argan Oil Shampoo and Olive Oil shampoo are the two products we highly recommend. Hair can heat up to 400 degrees. Apply a heat protectant and serums. If you take care of the hair it will last 2-3 years. Use a wig brush and finger comb and hair will last long time with minimum shedding.
