HAIRStory accept returns on unused or not opened products.If package is returned in NOT the ORGINAL state customer will not recieve full payment. Customer will be given store credit or 50% of money back. If returned in original state HAIRStory will offer full price back and take care of shipping. Minks are not acceptable for full refund.
