Starting your business things can be tough and whos to say 12 months from now it will change. When your an entrepreneur and selling goods you start to see how the world changes everyday. Starting a business may seem easy and that is why so many fail because of the wrong mindset. If you plan on building a buisness to make money and make none in first two months one is likely to pack everything and go back to work. You have to have a mindest for buisness. The main subjects to starting a business is -buisness, inventory/sales and competition. These major subjects if





You have the idea of starting your first drive thru beauty supply -that doesnt mean it hasnt been done already. Dont let that steer you wrong. Think of what your beauty supply will offer that will make YOU stand out from the competition or blend in.With markets constantly changing brands are finding different ways to market ,sell, expand and/or sellout.



Stay ahead of all competition by RESEARCHING your market on inventory ,trends, apps, marketing tools,RESEARCH . To know your market & competition is ideal in sales. You want to make a business plan that works for you.


Once you have everything on this list checked off its time to choose the route you will take to carry out your business plan

-How would you sell?

-Website engine? (Wix, Weebly , Tailormade , Shopify etc)

-Social media engine

-Who is your audience?

-Products you offer-*

-What does your company offer?



THE FIRST RULE OF BUSINESS IS -BEING ABLE TO ADAPT TO CHANGE (we will explain this later)



Whats Competition ?

 

Competition is any brand or company selling the same products or service as you. Louisiana HotSauce would be brands like Fat Ones,Crystals, or Red-hot. All these brands have one thing in common- hot sauces- one may be thicker ,hotter, mild hot various different things can be true about the brands completely making them compeitiors. You always want to know what the competition is doing to do the same,better, cheaper, (my personal fav) more oz for less etc. A company should bring something different to the table in order to pick apart the competition one by one. If your company is indeed a repeat of the past it will be like a participant versus a competitor competing to win something far greater .



Inventory

 

When selling products/ services you want to keep your inventory up to date. So you want to always make sure your store has the FUNDS needed to keep inventory . Updating your inventory will bring more clients ,sales ,and profits to your business . The better up to date your inventory is the better you can serve your clients . Customers are always happy to know they can get products on time or get there hands on limited time ONLY products. Think of every dollar spent for your company think of it as an investment.

Investing in your company is like money that will always double or triple in profit. No dollar amount should be considered too expensive for your business. Determining the best products are considered an investment. When picking your products online or in person you want to choose products that will represent your company the best & shows off your brand name.



TAKE A DEEP BREATHE


 

When determining wheter buisness is the route to take for you dont stress yourself. Establish a complete sense of self and the route in which you choose to embark on. Dont listen to others dont look to see what everybody else is doing just start.From starting you will soon begin to notice every little aspect of starting the business is critiqued. Have a business structure and clear on what your company offers .Don’t stay stuck on little things or rush projects. Always be mindful of time- you can either be ahead 12 months or behind 8 its about looking forward. Take a deep breathe your on the road to building a brand that will last as long as you want it to.
